Any ideas?

Wow. So...Dave was getting something out of a basket under our bathroom counter that happened to hold all of my fingernail polish in it as well. While searching for what he needed my bright red polish feel out and shattered into pieces splashing its color all over the floor, wall and cabinet. I was at work when it happened and Dave said it was so much worse then what it currently is now. He said he was cleaning it for an hour and this is where he got.

Now what? This is a mess. Does anybody have any ideas or magic tricks to get our wall, tile grout and cabinet cleaned? I am pretty sure our apartment owners don't want us leaving it like this. Plus, we would really like our massive deposit back:)

So? Let us know!

try a magic eraser on the wall and tile. If that doesn't work... try paint thinner on the tile and repaint the wall (you should be able to ask your landlord what color it is, or have a paint store match it). As far as the grout goes... good luck. Besides regrouting that portion, I am at a loss.

Try Pure Acetone... but test a little spot first to make sure it wont ruin the wood. You can get it at Sallys

Home improvement stores sell grout and tile cleaner, but I have no idea whether they are strong enough to remove nail polish. Splatter it over a bigger portion of the room and you've got art. Jackson Pollock art. -Jess
